Free plan in real output

No free plan is listed on the pricing page. A yearly toggle is offered; we recorded the monthly prices.

  • Growth: 5,000 emails a month is about 250 a working day, enough for one client campaign across a few warmed inboxes.
  • Unlimited inboxes and warmup on every plan, so the extra cost of scaling is the domains and mailboxes, which you buy elsewhere.

Cost at your stage

PlanMonthly cost
Month 1 (testing, low volume)Growth$47
Month 12 (working volume)Hypergrowth$97

Break-even: Growth at $47/mo is covered by one $500 cold-email setup client.

Month-12 plan is our estimate of what a solo seller at steady weekly output needs, based on the plan limits above. Costs exclude tax.

Commercial use and output rights

Not a content generator. A sending platform; your lists and copy stay yours.

Hidden costs and gotchas

  • Domains and mailboxes (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) are billed by those providers, not by Instantly.
  • Lead data (Instantly Credits) is priced separately from the outreach plans.
  • The Hypergrowth email limit differs between the plan card (125,000) and the comparison table (100,000); confirm before you rely on it.

First-hour setup

  1. Buy 2–3 secondary domains and set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
  2. Connect the inboxes and start warmup for about two weeks.
  3. Upload a small, verified list.
  4. Write a 3-step sequence with plain-text emails.
  5. Start at low daily volume and watch bounce and reply rates.

Learning difficulty

2/5: The app is simple; deliverability setup is where people slip.

When not to use it

If you only send a few dozen emails a week, a CRM's built-in sequences may be enough.

Cheaper or free alternatives:

  • Apollo.io: Finding B2B contacts (yes free plan)
  • lemlist: Personalized outreach sequences (trial only free plan)
  • Smartlead: Agencies running many inboxes (trial only free plan)
  • HubSpot: A free CRM that can grow (yes free plan)
